公平交易委員會於民國 102 年 12 月 23 日發布公競字第 10214618371 號令，修正「公平交易委員會對於公平交易法第 21 條案件之處理原則」，明定公平法第 21 條規定之商品（服務）資訊，如商品之價格、數量、品質、內容、製造方法、製造日期、有效期限、使用方法、用途、原產地、製造者、製造地、加工者、加工地等，僅為例示規定。

On December 23, 2013, the FTC announced a ruling (Ref. No.: Gong-Jing-Zi-10214618371) to amend the “Guidelines for Handling Cases of Article 21 under the Fair Trade Act [FTA],” which provides that information relating to goods (service) specified under Article 21 of the FTA - such as price, quantity, quality, content, production process, production date, validity period, method of use, purpose of use, place of origin, manufacturer, place of manufacturing, processor, and place of processing - are examples only.
