金管會於 2020 年 7 月 3 日訂定「人身保險業辦理理賠影像送件業務應遵循事項規範」。茲摘要重點如下:
(一) 人身保險業辦理理賠影像送件業務(以下簡稱「本業務」)之定義。
(二) 保戶申請之理賠案件需符合之條件。
(三) 人身保險業於保戶首次申請理賠影像送件時應取得保戶同意,並訂定保戶申訴處理程序。
(四) 人身保險業應於公司網站公告本業務之服務內容。
(五) 人身保險業辦理本業務應落實法令遵循、個人資料保護及客戶權益保障。
(六) 人身保險業辦理本業務,應訂定理賠影像送件作業處理程序,並納入內部控制制度,且至少應每半年定期檢討辦理結果。

The FSC stipulated Compliance Matters for Life Insurance Enterprises Conducting Image Delivery business of Claim on 3 July 2020. We summarize below:
(1) The definition of the life insurance enterprise conducting image delivery business of claim.
(2) The condition for the policy holder to apply for claim.
(3) Life insurance enterprises shall collect the consent of policy holder when the policy older applies for image delivery business of claim for the first time and set forth processing procedure for insured’s compliant.
(4) Life insurance enterprises shall announce the services content of the business on their website.
(5) Life insurance enterprises shall implement law compliance, personal data protection and customer’s rights protection when conducting the business.
(6) Life insurance enterprises shall set forth the processing procedure for image delivery of claim and include it into the internal control system and regularly review the conducting results at least every 6 months when conducting the business.
