公平交易委員會於2023年2月21日修正公布公平交易委員會對於網路廣告案件之處理原則,茲摘要重點如下:
(一)例示常見網路廣告類型。
(二)新增社群網站用戶(例如部落客、網紅、直播主等)為廣告主規定。
(三)新增網路廣告虛偽不實或引人錯誤之例示的案例。
(四)新增「廣告使人誤認商品或服務已獲政府機關或其他專業機構核發證明或許可」為虛偽不實或引人錯誤之表示或表徵之一。

On 21 February 2023, the Fair Trade Commission announced the amendment to the Handling Principles by Fair Trade Commission for Internet Advertising Cases. We summarize below.
(1)To specify common types of internet advertisements.
(2)To stipulate that the social network users (such as bloggers, internet celebrities, live broadcast hosts) are advertisers.
(3)To add examples of false or misleading internet advertisements.
(4)To add "advertisements misleading people into a belief that the goods or services advertised have been certified or licensed by government or other professional institutions" as one of the types of false or misleading advertisement.
