「包裝食用醋之品名及標示規定」草案(Draft Regulations Governing the Labeling of Packaged Vinegar Products)
2016 年 7 月 1 日衛福部預告訂定「包裝食用醋之品名及標示規定」草案,重點如下:
(1)以穀物、果實、酒精、酒粕及糖蜜等原料發酵,且未添加醋酸、冰醋酸或其他酸味劑製得之產品,品名應標示為「(食)醋」或「釀造(食)醋」。
(2)以食品添加物醋酸或冰醋酸之稀釋液,添加糖類、酸味劑、調味劑及食鹽等製成之調味液或以此調味液添加釀造食醋混合而成之產品,品名應標示為「合成(食)醋」,或於品名之後明顯加註「合成(食)醋」。
(3)以釀造食醋為原料,添加其他原料,且未添加合成食醋或其他酸味劑製得之產品,品名應標示為「調理(食)醋」,或於品名之後明顯加註「調理(食)醋」。

The MOHW announced on July 1, 2016 the draft “Regulations Governing the Labeling of Packaged Vinegar Products”. The key points are summarized below.
(1)Packaged vinegar products using cereals, fruits, alcohol, lees, molasses, etc. as brewing materials without adding acetic acid, glacial acetic acid or other sour agents must be labeled with the product name “vinegar” or “brewed vinegar”.
(2)Packaged vinegar products containing acetic acid or glacial acetic acid must be labeled with the product name “synthetic vinegar” or be labeled with “synthetic vinegar” after the product name.
(3)Packaged vinegar products prepared from brewed vinegar without adding synthetic vinegar or other sour agents must be labeled with the product name “vinegar for cooking” or be labeled with “vinegar for cooking” after the product name.
