目前的技轉與育成中心不論從人員、財務、組織、智慧財產權的觀念與意識、專家引導、績效評估乃至於國家政策都出現一些看似無關緊要的小問題，但其實是影響頗深的大問題。假如目前技轉及育成中心的經營成效未達理想狀態，似乎不應該繼續沿用向來運作的制度，本文認同非營利組織甚至是營利公司介入技轉育成業務以為各大學帶來營收，或許能使技轉育成發揮更大的功效，達到設立技轉育成中心的主要目的。

At present, there seemly have some little problems but actually worse than their appearance in university technology licensing and business incubators system, including the idea and methodology of employ, financial managing, organization function, intellectual property, expert opinions and national policy. If the system could not benefit as well as the system’s setting purpose, following the same operated methods may not be a good choice. The authors recommend non-profit or even commercial organization may join the university technology licensing and business incubator affairs, so that may truly improve commercialization of the system in order to achieve efficient operation..
