本研究旨為藉由學校創新經營的觀點，探討如何有效提升學校行政服務品質。而本研究結論顯示學校可從（1）知識管理系統化，加強學校智慧資本的保存與流傳；（2）網路科技普遍化，提升行政效率並提升學校形象；（3）學校行政優質化，調整行政人員心態，打造優質學校行政；（4）顧客關係具體化，開創外部良好關係，創造雙贏局面，以達學校創新與永續經營之願景。因此，活化學校組織效能，推展有經營績效的學校行政是教育改革與創新必走的一條路。

The purpose of this study discussed from innovation management of the school perspective how to effectively increase the quality of school administration services. The conclusion showed that (1) systematization of knowledge management; (2) generalization of Internet technology; (3) High quality of school administration; (4) specificity of customer relationship management. Activation of school organizational effectiveness promotes a business performance of the school administration is the education reform and innovation must go down that way.
