The aim of this paper is to explore the leadership coaching system, to be the new direction for primary and secondary school principals’ professional growth. First, by the understanding of current situation for the needs of educational training for the principals, this research highlights the necessity for constructing the leadership coaching system. Second, this research analyzes the basic concepts and development of leadership coaching. Th ird, considerations for designing leadership coaching are discussed. Finally, conclusions and suggestions are off ered by the discussions of literature.
