本研究旨在探討國小校長課程領導行為、教師教學信念、教師創新教學行為與國小學童創造力傾向之關係。以新竹縣82所公立國民小學為對象，每校選取高年級導師2人、高年級學童 6 人進行問卷施測。研究發現如下：1. 校長課程領導行為、教師教學信念與教師創新教學行為彼此間具有顯著相關。2. 校長課程領導行為、教師教學信念、教師創新教學行為與國小學童創造力傾向無顯著相關。3. 學校應審視目前課程領導、創新教學之策略與作法，重新思考如何提供學生運用想像力的學習機會，以促進學生創造力傾向發展。

This study is mainly to research on the relationship among elementary school principals’ curriculum leadership, teachers’ teaching belief, teachers’ innovation teaching behavior and elementary school students’ creativity tendency. The researcher took 2 teachers (Grades 5 and 6) and 6 senior students (Grades 5 and 6) each from 82 public elementary schools in Hsinchu County as the surveying samples. The research results are showed as follows:
1. The results also showed a significant correlation among principals’
curriculum leadership, teachers’ teaching belief and teachers’ innovation teaching behavior.
2. There was no such significant correlation among principals’ curriculum leadership, teachers’ teaching belief, teachers’ innovation teaching behavior and elementary school students’ creativity tendency.
3. Educators should inspect the strategies and manners of current curriculum leadership and innovation teaching and think how to provide the learning chances of using imagination to students, so as to promote the development of students’ creativity tendency.
