本研究旨在瞭解國民小學新住民子女學校適應與幸福感相關之情形;探討國小新住民子女學校適應與幸福感的現況;分析國小新住民子女背景變項與學校適應、幸福感之差異情形;分析國小新住民子女學校適應對幸福感的預測力。本研究對象為一百零二學年度臺中市公立國小四年級和六年級新住民子女,以自編「國民小學新住民子女學校適應與幸福感相關之研究問卷」為研究工具,正式施測有效樣本共 612 位。所得資料分別以描述性統計、獨立樣本 t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、Pearson 積差相關與逐步多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析。研究結論如下: 一、國小新住民子女學校適應情況在中上程度,其中以「常規適應」層面表現最好。 二、國小新住民子女幸福感在中上程度,其中以「生活滿意」層面最能感受到幸福感。 三、不同就學區域、年級、性別及家庭型態的國小新住民子女,其學校適應部分構面有顯著差異。 四、不同年級及家庭型態的國小新住民子女,其幸福感部分構面有顯著差異。 五、國小新住民子女學校適應與幸福感之間呈現正向相關。 六、國小新住民子女學校適應對學生幸福感有顯著預測力。

The purposes of this study are to understand the relationship betweenschool adaptation and well-being of new immigrant children inelementary schools, to investigate their current situations, to analyzethe differences among the background variables, school adaptation andwell-being of elementary new immigrant children, to study the resultsof forecast on school adaptation towards well-being of elementary newimmigrant children. This study has been implemented on the fourth andsixth grade of new immigrant children of public elementary schools inTaichung city. The instrument was “Questionnaire on the Relationshipbetween School Adaptation and Well-being of New Immigrant Childrenin Elementary Schools, and 612 valid samples were collected under formaltesting. Data analysis was conducted by the utilization of descriptivestatistics, independent-samples t test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression analysis.The findings of the study are as followed: 1. The elementary new immigrant children’s school adaptation isabove the average, and disciplinary adaptation is ranked as the highest. 2. The elementary new immigrant children’s sense of well-being isabove the average, and life satisfaction is ranked as the highest. 3. The elementary new immigrant children’s school adaptation differssignificantly in terms of different school zones, grades, genders andfamily types. 4. With different grades and family types, the elementary new immigrantchildren’s sense well-being has obvious differences. 5. There is a positive correlation between school adaptation and wellbeing of the elementary new immigrant children. 6. The elementary new immigrant children’s school adaptation caneffectively forecast their sense of well-being.
