本研究旨在了解國民小學校長肯定式探詢與教師心理資本的現況與關係，研究方法為問卷調查法。並編製「國民小學校長肯定式探詢與教師心理資本調查問卷」，研究對象為臺灣地區國民小學教育人員，使用結構方程模式驗證校長肯定式探詢與教師心理資本之關係。研究結果顯示校長肯定式探詢與教師心理資本現況良好，兩者之間具相關性，且獲得一個具良好適配度的影響關係模式。校長肯定式探詢與教師心理資本有顯著之直接影響效果。本研究建議促進校長洞悉理解知能，重視成員優質亮點，增進校長創新設計思維；鼓勵成員專業成長，增強克服困難堅韌力；力行肯定式探詢策略，改善教師心理資本。

The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship between principals’ appreciative inquiry and teachers’ psychological capital in elementary schools. Questionnaire survey was used. In addition, this study used structural equation modeling with prospective data to test for model fit. The findings indicate that principals’ appreciative inquiry positively affects teachers’ psychological capital. The results suggest that principals should implement appreciative inquiry to accelerate teachers’ psychological capital.
