本文擬從比較法之方法檢討我國立法院調查權之若干問題點。文中，於概觀我國和日本國會調查權的概況後，擬將分析之焦點聚集在國會調查權之行使方法。最後，在檢討國會調查權和司法權、檢察權、一般行政權以及人權的界限後，將於文末提出歸結我國國會調查權未來改革的因應之道。

The investigatory powers of Congress are indispensable for the parliamentary system. To make correct judgments, the Congress should be fully aware of all legislative facts related to national policies. This article aims to review Taiwan's investigatory powers of Congress by conducting comparative studies. Firstly, we will focus on the application methods followed by introductions of Taiwan and Japan's systems. After that we will review the boundaries between investigatory powers of Congress, judicial power, prosecutorial power, administrative power and human rights, and conclude with suggestions for future reforms.
