中文摘要：	英國乃實施憲政先進國家與英美法系之鼻祖，其制度影響各國極為深遠，二次大戰後雖國勢不如往昔，但其法制仍不斷求新求變，可供我國借鏡之處極多，惜國人對英國法制較為生疏。本文旨在扼要析述該國近年法制變動與改革之實際情況，希望喚起國人之注意並供當局制定立法或政策之參考。

英文摘要：	United Kingdom was the first country in the world to introduce the rule of law and played a very important role in shaping modern world order. After World War Two, her legal system has kept changing and revising. In many respects they can serve as important reference for us in revising our laws. This article attempts to give the readers a brief description of how UK's legal system really works and how well they have managed to meet modern challenges and what we can learn from their efforts.
