本文以 2014 年至 2016 年國內法理學界的學術動態與出版著作為對象，進行回顧與整體評價。在出版著作方面，僅以這三年間出版的專書、論文集、期刊論文為回顧對象，由於專書與論文集整體著作數量較少，難以主題方式加以歸納評述，故以著作之出版年代先後順序進行文獻回顧，期刊論文則依法概念論、法學方法論與法律解釋論、法價值論與法倫理學、法體制論與法社會理論四項主題，對這三年間國內有關法理學研究主題的期刊論文進行審視回顧，然有鑑於論文數量相當龐大，因時間和精力有限難以作全面性回顧審視，故原則上只針對篇幅達二十頁以上之期刊論文進行文獻回顧，惟如果是就某篇論文予以反思檢討的評論文，由於涉及特定重要議題的學術討論，即使未達本文設定之論文篇幅，基於主題完整性的考量，則例外予以含括在內。以下，本文分別回顧「學界動態」（貳）、「專書與論文集」（參）、「期刊論文」（肆），接著進行「整體評價」（伍），最後則是「結語」（陸）。

This essay aims to review the academic activities and the literature in the field of jurisprudence from January 2014 to December 2016. The literature review includes reviewing books, collected essays, and journal articles. For books and collected essays, due to the less quantity, the review would proceed in the sequence of published year. In the review of journal articles, it would be taken in accordance with four topics: theories of the concept of law, theories of legal methodology and legal interpretation, theories of legal values and ethics, and theories of legal institutions and law in society. In principle, the present essay only reviews articles beyond 20 pages since the vast amount of them in these three years. However, there are some exceptions if they are review articles involving the academic discussion of important issues. As follows, Part Two reviews the recent activities in the scholarship of jurisprudence. Part Three is the review of books and collected essays. Part Four reviews journal articles. Part Five proposes an overall assessment. And finally, Part Six concludes the essays with some remarks.
