本文針對護理過勞問題起因，最大的壓力源及造成的影響加以探討。護理是醫事人員職種中，人數占最多的一環，其過勞問題影響之鉅，不可小覷。多方探討加強是必要的，除了目前政策推動之外，加強護理人員個人之衝突管理、關懷之理念，以及強化教育、團隊協調、互助等，是立即可行，且勢在必行也能有立竿見影效果的作法。

The characters of nursing staffs burnout's origins were identified. The stressful conditions that caused burnout and there effects in personal health and patient's safety were discussed a lot. Besides current policy, we suggest complementary solutions including nurse's personal education and group coordination, helping and caring to each other should be major part of these solutions.
