The medical behaviors that implemented to the patient which physician shall personally carry out but entrusted to the nursing staff, in order to avoid the risk of security, the physician has to undertake the obligations of electing, supervising and terminating of the nursing staff. In the performance of the obligation to deliver the task, the physician shall have the application of the principle of the legitimate expectation if there is no sign of improper conduct.
