人際之間只有少部分情形溝通可以沒有障礙,大多數時候要達成良好有效的溝通是非常困難的。本文以醫療爭議為例說明溝通的雙向性、持續性、交織性及前提性四個特性,闡明溝通困難之處,並建議如何達成有效良好的溝通以避免或有效解決醫療爭議,以敘事的理念及方法達成提升更好的病人安全。

Only under few conditions that inter-person communication can be good and effective, most of the cases are very difficult. This short article discusses the four characters of communication to explain why it is so from view of medical dispute and makes suggestion of how to establish good and effective communication to avoid or resolute medical dispute to improved patient safety by narrative methods.
