英文摘要： The draft amendment of the Rights In Rem Part of the Civil Law is performed. Among the draft amendments, the "agricultural use right" was founded.
This article analyzes the draft contents of the chapter of the agricultural use right. At first, this article induces the contents of this amendment draft, that are "Significance of the agricultural use right", "Formation and a time limit", "Effect of the agricultural use right", and "Extinction of the agricultural use right". And then, analyzes some important point at issues. The main points are as follows: 1. The name of agricultural use right. 2. The subject matter of agricultural use right. 3. The provisions about the extinction of agricultural use right that does not agreeing on time limit. 4. The provisions about the special improvement on agricultural land by the obligee of agricultural use right.
