英文摘要: Labors have indeed a standard working hours. But when the employer noticed that the labors could leave earlier, it means that the labors have no duty giving any service. Meanwhile, the labors could still get payment without any service because the employer delayed received it. A judgement would be introduced in this article that the hospital as the employer asked the labors to leave temporarily due to the it was not busy in the hospital, but the nursing stuff ask for the payment due to the delayed receiving. The legal issues are concepts like the accumulation of leaves, the borrow of leaves, negative hours, and the receiving delayed of the employer. By introducing this judgement, these issues would be discussed in this article.
