Narrative mediation as one of therapeutic type mediation, can be applied in conflict that with high impact of emotion and/or recognition difference, such as: family events, medical dispute, restorative justice, etc. This article explained about principle of narrative mediation-meaning of narrative. Application of narrative in narrative mediation has three stages as contact, deconstruction and construction. Mediator can be a successful expert in narrative mediation by handling object and methods well in each stage.
