Education policies are deeply affected by political economy, spacetime environment, and global education trends. Education policies are not completely immutable after they are formulated, but they will evolve or change. Therefore, changes in education policies are necessary for education policy development. Following this, this article first explores the meaning and types of policy change, then describes the causes of policy change, and then analyzes the enlightenment and reflection of educational policy change on the development of educational policy for the reference of educational policy formulation and related units.
