中文摘要: 衝突作為一個概念可以幫助解釋許多方面的社會生活,如社會分歧、利益衝突,以及個人、團體、企業或組織之間的爭鬥,主要可分為國際、人際及內心三大類,本文主要探討後兩者。人際衝突分為主體單純、複雜與專業參類型;內心衝突則是存在於內心的衝突,屬於心理層面的衝突,無明顯雙方衝突行為可得觀察。爭議衝突交涉前階段小結:對認知差異與衝突的概念與定義探討得知,衝突既然是自然會發生且無可避免,其原因又錯綜複雜,其中主因為認知差異,而其因應的策略與方式掌握了結果是彼此關係的惡化或建設性的結果。

英文摘要: Conflict as a concept can help to explain many aspects of social life, such as social differences, conflicts of interest, and struggles between individuals, groups, companies or organizations. It can be divided into three main categories: international, interpersonal and inner. This article mainly discusses the latter two. Interpersonal conflicts are divided into simple, complicated subject and professional types. Inner conflict is a conflict that exists in the heart, which belongs to the psychological level, and there is no obvious conflict between the two parties to observe. Summary of the pre-negotiation stage of disputes and conflicts: Discussing the concepts and definitions of cognitive differences and conflicts. Since conflicts occur naturally and are inevitable, so we must learned and face it. The reasons are complicated, mainly cognitive differences, so we need to master the corresponding strategies and methods to keep the result away from deterioration of into a constructive relationship.
