The core concept of caring style mediation combined 3 parts: Rogers' client center counseling, narrative medicine's innocent attitude, and focus on dialogue to form a new story. We postulated 3 procedures to approach client, effectively: 1. Willingness to communicate with attitude of innocent; 2. To observe and analysis on reason basis; 3. To transform useful data into new recognition. Innocent attitude is an important way to obtain key information that may be willing to open a door toward good and possible kindness way of solution in a sticky state of conflict.
