本研究旨在探討臺南市國中生表演藝術課程的學習滿意度與學習成效，研究採用問卷調查法進行資料蒐集，所使用的問卷為「國中生表演藝術課程的學習滿意度與學習成效」調查問卷，並以臺南市八至九年級國中學生為研究對象，回收之有效樣本 776 份。以描述性統計、t 考驗、單因子變異數分析、事後比較、皮爾遜積差相關和多元迴歸分析等統計方法進行資料分析。研究結論如下：
一、臺南市國中生表演藝術課程整體學習滿意度現況為佳，其中課程教學、人際關係、學校行政及學習環境 4 層面之現況亦為佳。
二、臺南市國中生表演藝術課學習成效現況為佳，其中認知、技能、情意三學習層面現況亦為佳。
三、不同背景變項在臺南市國中生表演藝術課程學習滿意度上，不同性別、學校規模有差異，不同年級、父母親教育程度無差異。
四、不同背景變項在臺南市國中生表演藝術課程學習成效上，不同性別、學校規模有差異，不同年級、父母親教育程度無差異。
五、臺南市國中生表演藝術課程學習滿意度與學習成效呈高度正相關。
六、臺南市國中生學習滿意度與學習成效皆可有效相互預測。
根據研究結果對學校、教育行政機關提出建議，以作為參考。

This research is to investigate the relations between learning satisfaction and learning effectiveness of performing arts courses for junior high school students in Tainan City. With junior high schools’ eight to nine grade students in Tainan city, Taiwan as the study examples, using “Questionnaires on Students’ learning satisfaction and learning effectiveness in junior high school Performing Arts Courses” for resarch data collection; Recieve 776 effective samples.
Descriptive statistics, t-test, single factor analysis of variance, Pearson’s performance-related and multiple regression were used for statistical analysis, and research conclusion as below:
1. The satisfaction of junior high school students in Tainan City with course teaching, interpersonal relations, school administration and learning environment are better.
2. All of learning effectiveness and awareness, skills, and affection of the junior high school students in Tainan City are good.
3. Background variables: There’s significant difference in the learning satisfaction of students with different genders and scale of schools. There’s no significant difference in the learning satisfaction with the grade of students, and educational level of parents.
4. Background variables: There’s significant difference in the learning effectiveness of students with different genders and scale of schools. There’s no significant difference in the learning effectiveness with the grade of students and educational level of parents.
5. There is a highly positive correlation between learning satisfaction and learning effectiveness.
6. The learning satisfaction and learning effectiveness of students are predictable.
Based on the results of the research, recommendations are made for education administration agencies, schools, and follow-up studies as reference.
