With the development of artificial intelligence, although it will bring more convenience to mankind, it is not immune to the dangers it may bring. Therefore, countries around the world are also developing legal regulations for artificial intelligence. At present, the most widely used and commercialized vehicle of artificial intelligence is self-driving cars. Therefore, this article focuses on how to deal with criminal liability if fully self-driving causes death.
