校長領導實踐促進有效的組織管理,落實創新經營的巨觀思維,然而面對遽變的年代,領導者面臨環境困難和壓力,能夠秉持堅定的信念和價值觀,在一個逆境的動態過程中,凝聚成員共識與意識,積極適應展現團隊的復原能力,帶領團隊和跟隨者度過難關,並將其理念與內涵應用在教育現場。本研究透過文獻分析法進行研究,將逆境領導重新詮釋與組織,進而探究逆境領導的意涵與理念,發展出逆境領導的相關層面,引出逆境領導在教育上應用的觀點與策略,最終提出結論,以供後續研究之參考。

The principal’s leadership practices promote effective organizational management and implement macro thinking for innovative operations. However, in an era of rapid change, leaders face environmental difficulties and pressures. They must uphold firm beliefs and values, unify member consensus and awareness, and actively adapt to demonstrate the team’s resilience. This enables them to lead their teams and followers through challenges and apply their principles and concepts in educational settings. This study employs literature analysis to reinterpret and reorganize adversity leadership, exploring its meanings and concepts, developing related dimensions of adversity leadership, and eliciting perspectives and strategies for its application in education. Finally, conclusions are drawn to provide a reference for future research.
